Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. If any online order has been paid on your online store created by us, we can not close your store or refund your payments for the same.

Additional non-returnable items

  • Domain Name Fee Paid on Your Behalf
  • Hosting Fee Paid to The Hosting Provider
  • Any Third Party Plugin/Software Purchased On Behalf of You

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exclusions Of Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges do not apply to our services but in case you change your mind immediately (within 2 hours) after making a purchase and wish to upgrade the package, we can provide you an additional payment link with the difference amount to be paid. Please note this facility does not apply for any kind of downgrades.
